Care

Vacuum twice a week with the brush retracted, this also reduces shedding on a new wool rug. Blot a spill immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth without rubbing, so dirt does not work further into the fibre. Wool dries more slowly than other materials, so avoid getting it too wet. Shake the rug out outside occasionally for a deeper clean between vacuuming.

Skontaktowałem się z Volero w sprawie zamówienia dywanu. Według DPD, dywan został dostarczony, ale nic do mnie nie dotarło. Jednak Volero obsłużyło sprawę bardzo profesjonalnie i zamierza skontaktować się z przewoźnikiem. Szybko odpowiedzieli na czacie z Volero, więc jestem pewien, że sprawa zostanie sprawnie rozwiązana.

Zamówiłem dywan i podkład, ustalając termin dostawy z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Tego dnia dostarczono tylko podkład. Musiałem kilka razy dzwonić, żeby zamówić sam dywan. Ostatecznie został dostarczony i wygląda przepięknie. Lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Brawo!
