You've placed an order with Volero. Great! If your ordered item is directly on stock, our colleagues in the warehouse pack your order as quickly as possible and hand it over to the parcel service. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email, so you can easily follow your order all the way to your door.

Delivery

How and when your Volero order is shipped, tracked and delivered.

If you have given the delivery partner the permission for this, the package can be delivered to your neighbors. Would you prefer not to? Our couriers will try again, or the order will be dropped off at a nearby parcel point or parcel locker.

We will ship your order in full once all products are in stock at our warehouse. Would you prefer to receive the available products first? Please contact our customer service.

Is your order in stock? You will receive the tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped. With the tracking number, you can see when your order will be delivered to you.

Does your order have a longer delivery time? You can check our delivery times portal to see in which week your order will be delivered to the warehouse.

Sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order! With the tracking number we provided, you can check if the courier changed the delivery time or if the package was delivered to a parcel point due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the tracking shows that the package is marked as delivered and nothing has changed, we kindly ask you to check with your neighbors to see if the package was delivered there. If this isn’t the case, please feel free to contact our customer service. We’ll investigate where your order is and when it will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

Since we work with multiple suppliers, part of your order may have been shipped from our supplier's warehouse. To provide you with the most up-to-date information, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

On behalf of the courier service, we also sincerely apologize for the damaged delivery. To provide you with the best and quickest solution, we kindly ask you to email clear photos of the damages to our customer service team.

If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, you can change the delivery address through our customer service.

Have you already received the tracking number? Then you can often change the address directly using the tracking link. If your order is too far along in the shipping process, unfortunately, a change will no longer be possible.

We understand that it's frustrating when your order is delayed. Due to the high volume of parcels in circulation, the courier service may adjust the schedule, causing your order to be delivered later than expected. Usually, delayed deliveries are completed the following day. We kindly ask for your patience. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of the original delivery date and the package hasn’t been delivered to a parcel point, please contact our customer service.
