Tyle z reklamowanego czasu dostawy 2-4 dni roboczych! Po 7 dniach, po zapytaniu, powiedziano mi, że dywan jest przygotowywany do wysyłki i że wkrótce otrzymam potwierdzenie wysyłki. Po 13 dniach nadal nie otrzymałem potwierdzenia wysyłki! Po dalszych zapytaniach otrzymałem sprzeczne informacje od obsługi klienta. Przez telefon przedstawiciel obsługi klienta poinformował mnie, że dywan został wysłany poprzedniego wieczoru. Dwie godziny później otrzymałem e-mail od innego przedstawiciela obsługi klienta z informacją, że dywan jest przygotowywany do wysyłki i wkrótce zostanie wysłany. Dywan w końcu dotarł po ponad 16 dniach. Potem nastąpiło kolejne rozczarowanie: kolor, moim zdaniem, w ogóle nie odpowiadał kolorowi na zdjęciu. W związku z tym dywan został zwrócony. Co za marnotrawstwo kosztów wysyłki!
