Care

Regular vacuuming reduces shedding on a new cotton rug. Blot a spill immediately with a damp cloth: cotton absorbs moisture quickly, so a spill would otherwise work further in. Jednak Volero obsłużyło sprawę bardzo profesjonalnie i zamierza skontaktować się z przewoźnikiem. Szybko odpowiedzieli na czacie z Volero, więc jestem pewien, że sprawa zostanie sprawnie rozwiązana.

Zamówiłem dywan i podkład, ustalając termin dostawy z dużym wyprzedzeniem. Tego dnia dostarczono tylko podkład. Musiałem kilka razy dzwonić, żeby zamówić sam dywan. Ostatecznie został dostarczony i wygląda przepięknie. Lepiej niż się spodziewałem. Brawo!
