Full job description

As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact for our customers. Whatever the customer's question, you make sure every customer hangs up feeling good about it. You pull out all the stops, switching quickly and thinking in solutions. You are constantly looking for ways in which we can serve our customers even better.

As a Customer Service Representative at Volero you deliver first-class service and leave our customers with a smile. Your daily tasks include: contacting customers by email, chat and telephone in German. In response to customer enquiries you also make suggestions for improving the product and the product range. An interesting and challenging position with a varied set of responsibilities. No two days are the same!

About the role

  • Taking calls and speaking with customers;
  • Improving customer satisfaction;
  • Handling and archiving incoming emails;
  • Administrative tasks such as managing quotes and complaints;
  • Handling returns.

What we ask

  • Available for at least 32 hours;
  • You have a secondary vocational qualification (MBO) in a working and thinking capacity;
  • Good command of the German language;
  • You are commercially minded and customer-focused.
